presenting.....mr and mrs darcy. must be wondering who those people are, especially those who have not read pride and prejudice. watched the show today. it's a reallie nice show. a hardcore romantic movie. so go catch it. haha.

i have been frictionally unemployed for almost 2 wks. haha. employment is on the way. feels great to be carefree, without having to worry about waking up late, tests, exams, unfinished homework and scoldings. but i miss those school days with many many friends that will keep you insane. whaha! especially the other sixes. miss their laughter, crapiness, lameness.

yippee! the christmas tree is up. christmas is just a month away! parties, prezzies! yay! can't wait! aniwae, christmas is not about parties, celebrations, parties, celebrations. but parties are not to be missed. haha. christmas is about the birth of Christ, the One who came to save us. yeah!

a few of us went to xueyi's house yesterday. we gave izzy a surprise bdae celebration. and she's reallie thrilled at her bdae prezzie we got for her, becos it's candles. her favourite! haha. aniwae, i learnt how to play majong. haha. got kinda scolded and laughed at for the first few rounds because silly me didn't know how to play and there was no one beside me to help me. and xueyi was calling for a rescue team to replace me. whaha! it's all for the fun of it. don't worry, there was no money involved. majong is quite a thinking game because it makes you count the dots or stripes on the tiles. and you must be able to count fast or else everyone will start "screaming" at you. ahaha!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY IZZIYANA SUHAIMI!

CONGRATS! to all pri 6 students who did well in their PSLE! the atmosphere was tense. parents and students waiting eagerly to know the results. i was in my brother's school buying his school books, hence seeing all the different faces of the school boys - both happy and disappointed faces. it thus brings back old memories of how i was once a pri 6 kid sitting for PSLE. and in a flash, i have sat for the A levels. and in 3 months time, it'll be my turn to collect my A level result....
totally awesome! the youth camp that ended yesterday was fun and simply amazing! we had a wonderful time together! we had exciting games, movies, outdoor activites, telling of stories and of course spiritual food. it's reallie cool to see that the bonding among the youths are growing closer each day. this is so as to prepare us for the expansion of the youth group.

during one of our sessions, each individual youth was to share what God was to them and the common thing that everyone mentioned was that they can feel God. there is something inside them that will comfort them when they are down, or there is this peaceful feeling inside them or you'll have this intuition about somethings' (things of God are always benefiting to us). therefore, God is real! and this kind of feeling is indescribable and totally magnificant. Lifting up holy hands is a sign of total surrender to the Lord. it's nothing to be ashamed of. yeah! and we should keep our focus on Jesus for He is the author and finisher of our faith. we should also rely on Him for strength for He is our source of strength. we also learnt that all things are possible with God. things may seem impossible for men, but NOTHING is impossible for our heavenly father! yup!

just to let you know that angels do exist because someone on earth has actually seen one. wow! cool!

PASSIONATE YOUTH CALLED OUT OF THE DARKNESS & INTO THE LIGHT OF THE CHOSEN GENERATION

Saturday, November 19, 2005

here's what's happening for the past few days...

on the 2nd day of freedom, i actually woke up at 6 plus. weird! slept for only 5 plus hours. and on usual school days, waking up at 6 is a dread. i felt so energized. haha. and can u believe it, i was at home on my 2nd day of freedom. ain't i a good girl??! wahaha! nonsense la! would i actually stay at home after all that exams? definitely NOT! haha. had wee wee, izzy, xueyi, aunty, fuifui and cherryn over at my house. we did baking. haha. it was so fun! some were edible, but majority of the cookies and cupcakes that turned out were charcoal black. (i did not turn black.haha) think the oven was over-heated. and also because there was direct insolation on the cookies and cupcakes. especially for the cupcakes, we could see it expanding till there were lines of weaknesses. sheet joints appeared and the resultant shape was an exfoliated dome. wahaha!

on sat, was busying preparing for the youth camp. so fun and exciting. can't wait for the camp. yuppie! then we had the worship open house. it was kinda sad that only a few people turned up. and majority of them were youths. but then again, we can see that the youth team is rising. yeah!

today's sunday service was power! worship was reallie reallie good! the tangible presence of God was so amazing. sermon was fantastic. pastor talked about the 3 types of grace - grace to save, grace to stand & grace to serve. God's grace is totally amazing. He knows when and how to give to give it to us. wow!

i'm extending an invitation to all my friends, please keep 25 DECEMBER 2005 (sun) free, come for my christmas celebration in church! it's going to be reallie cool and fun! and your live will never be the same again! i'm serious. yeah! =)

WOO-HOO!!!! this day has finally arrived! after soooo long. FREEDOM! here i come!! no need to touch books until next year when i enter uni. no more ECONS, no more hohoho, no more niaming! so relieved!

however, today marks the end of JC life. and the most memorable thing about JC life is your friends! and classmates! and DEFINITELY the unitedness (if there's ever such a word) and laughter of 04A1. but not the P, the uniform or the classrooms. maybe the funny, lame, naggy and suaning teachers.

CONGRATULATIONS! for all who have endured this long journey!

it's been a long time since i walked into takashimaya, heeren, wisma, etc. after studying for sooo long, it seems like you have been disconnected with the world. so many changes have taken place. new shops surfaced, old ones disappeared.

Heavenly father, i wanna thank you for bringing me through these 2 wks of exams. it was draining to the body and mind, but You gave me the extra strength needed to pull through because You said in Your Word "i can do all things through Christ who strengthens me". all praise and glory goes to You! Amen!
